Approximately 1100 students from area middle and high schools attended the 8th Annual Wiregrass Geekfest on Friday, March 17 on the Valdosta Campus. The students toured the programs and enjoyed lunch sponsored by Chik-Fil-A, SCW, Dell, and the Valdosta-Lowndes Development Authority. A group of seniors from Cook High School also took advantage of a special presentation by the Admissions and Financial Aid office of Wiregrass.
