Breaking Ground: A New Commercial Truck Driving and Diesel Technology Facility

SkillsUSA State Conference 2022 – A Visual Story

Wiregrass Fall Commencement

For the first time, on December 16, 2016, Wiregrass Commencement Exercises were held at the UGA Conference Center in Tifton, Georgia. The ceremony included all credit programs and GED graduates, and the John Hunt Auditorium easily accommodated the families and friends of our graduates.

6th Annual Corks and Forks

Corks and Forks is a Wiregrass Foundation South annual fundraising event. Monies raised are used to fund scholarships, textbook assistance for students, program expansions, equipment and supplies for programs. Practical Nursing Forum held on the Valdosta Campus

Wiregrass GA Tech recently hosted a Practical Nursing Forum sponsored by the Technical College System of Georgia. Practical Nursing is one of 28 programs offered at Wiregrass that qualifies for the Governor’s Strategic Industries Workforce Development Grant (SIWDG).

Grand Opening of New Buildings on the Coffee Campus

The grand opening and ribbon cutting of our new Allied Health and Public Safety building AND the Wiregrass Regional College and Career Academy was held on Thursday, July 21, 2016. TCSG Commissioner Gretchen Corbin, along with students, instructors, local legislators and business leaders were there to celebrate with us.
