Wiregrass celebrated a “Topping Off” Ceremony for the new Commercial Truck Driving and Diesel Technology Facility in Douglas. President DeAnnia Clements welcomed the crowd. Also speaking was TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier, Chairman Wiregrass Foundation North Wyndall Walters, Co-Owner/Corporate Sales Manager at Lasseter Tractor Company John Hayes, Georgia State House of Representatives Clay Pirkle, and Field Representative for Congressman Austin Scott’s office Charles White. The new facility should be ready for classes later this year. Those in attendance could sign the beam that will be placed within the building later.
